Managing Director, Collin B. Dawes has served as a financial planner since 1999. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western Michigan University in 1997.
Collin holds the General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7) through LPL Financial. He holds the Uniform Investment Advisor Law Exam (Series 65) with Independent Advisor Alliance. Collin also holds the Uniform Combined State Law Exam (Series 66) with both LPL Financial and Independent Advisor Alliance and both Exams for Life Insurance and Health Insurance. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional through the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Board of Standards Inc.
Collin provides services as a Budget Counselor in the Family Assistance Ministry through Ada Bible Church in Ada, Michigan. Collin is also a member of the Christian Business Men’s Community, Grand Rapids Economics Club, and Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
Over his years in practice, Collin has hosted numerous workshops and presentations on investment management, retirement income planning, tax strategies, and estate planning fundamentals.
Collin is married to Operations Manager, Nicole M. Dawes. They live with their four children (Keira, Haley, Emma, and Ava) in beautiful East Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a family, they enjoy travel, exercise, and community service projects.
